1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using services on LoL Fundamentals ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the site.

2. Memberships & Billing Terms

We offer access to our platform features and digital content through one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.

• Annual Subscriptions ($39.99/year): Automatically renew every 12 months at the then-current subscription rate unless canceled prior to your renewal date.
• Lifetime Access ($99.99): Provides one-time access to the platform for as long as LoL Fundamentals continues to operate the relevant service.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time directly through your Account Settings. Canceling prevents future billing cycles while maintaining active access through the end of your current paid period.

3. Digital Content & Withdrawal Rights

Refund rights and statutory protections are governed by applicable consumer law.

• Immediate Access: By purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service. Where required by applicable law, you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content delivery or performance has begun.
• Refund Terms: Except where required by applicable legal regulations or mandatory consumer protections, processed payments are non-refundable once digital access has been provided. If you experience technical billing errors, please contact customer support.

4. Account Conduct & Integrity

Accounts are strictly non-transferable and designated for individual use only. Credential sharing, public broadcasting of subscriber-only content, or reselling site access is strictly prohibited. Where permitted by law, account violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Proprietary Rights & Riot Games Disclaimer

All original guides, interactive tools, videos, and platform designs belong exclusively to LoL Fundamentals. League of Legends® and Riot Games® are registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. LoL Fundamentals is an independent platform and is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by Riot Games.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our platform services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of specific in-game performance outcomes or 100% uptime. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory rights or liability for intent or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited by mandatory local laws.
